Moving Forward After Hurricane Isaias:
Dear friends,
The past few days have reminded us just how strong and caring our community can be. We know Hurricane Isaias brought unexpected challenges, and our thoughts are with everyone working to recover and get back to normal.
To our guests whose vacations were interrupted or canceled, we understand how disappointing this has been, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. Our Guest Relations team is contacting affected guests as quickly as possible.
Our team has been working tirelessly to prepare for our guests' return. From securing properties before the storm to completing inspections and coordinating arrivals afterward, everyone stepped up when it mattered most. We are proud to share that our homes have been inspected and meet our safety standards. With the exception of a few properties on Navarre Beach that sustained significant damage, we have been welcoming guests back since Sunday!
Our guests have been eager to return to the beach and have shown incredible patience and kindness as we work through a few unexpected challenges. We are so grateful to have such amazing guests.
We are also deeply appreciative of the local emergency management teams, first responders, utility crews from near and far, local businesses, and community members who are working so hard to help our area recover. Their dedication, along with the support of our owners and guests, is a wonderful reminder of what makes this community so special.
Thank you for your continued confidence in us and for being part of our vacation rental family. We look forward to brighter days ahead and to welcoming you back to the beach!
