Emerald Towers West is directly on the beach in Fort Walton Beach, Florida on Okaloosa Island. Every rental comes with free beach service which is two beach chairs and one beach umbrella. Amazing views of the sugar white sands of the beach and the Emerald green turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You are so close you can hear the waves and let them lull you into a well deserved nap. The balcon

y affords the perfect spot to relax and watch the beach activity and search for dolphins. You have access to the beach just a short walk over the dunes using the private walkway. You will not have to pack up your car to drive to the beach access, carry your chairs & coolers, etc. Inside the condo you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay with the comforts of home. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed. You will find a 32” flat screen TV & DVD player. Inside the master you will find the master bath with a combination tub/shower and a vanity with one sink. This bedroom has a 26” flat screen TV & DVD player. Right next door you will find the second bathroom, which has a combination tub/shower and a vanity with one sink. Quality linens, bedding, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided for your use. (We do NOT provide beach towels). There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. The spacious living area features extra-wide sliding doors that allow for amazing views right from the couch which has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, as well as other comfortable seating. A large flat screen TV and DVD player are available in the living area for your entertainment. The dining table seats four, and there are three barstools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven & dishwasher) and dishes, glassware, flatware, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, and blender

There is a full size washer and dryer stacked in the front utility closet. The building has plenty of parking in front and also an elevator for your convenience. There is an area in the front of the building that has a charcoal barbecue grill. (You have to bring your own charcoal for the grill.) There is a pool in the front of the condo by the parking lot.
