Cleanliness and over all property appearance is the priority. If you have an eye for detail and love all things clean, then look no further.
Job duties include:
-Stocking materials needed
-Cleaning guest rooms in a timely manner to ensure that all rooms are ready for check in
-Cleaning areas on property as needed/requested
-Assisting in re-stocking guest rooms as needed
-Assisting in laundry as needed

* Respond to guest requests for service according to company policy. Keep records of rooms completed.
* Observe equipment and utility meter readings on a daily basis.

* Learn emergency procedures.

The hotel front desk agent is often the first person to interact with guests, providing exceptional customer service. As the friendly face of the property, the front desk agent has a relatable personality and a great desire to work with people. You are responsible for communicating in a welcoming and efficient manner, while ensuring that guests’ needs are properly addressed.
Responsiblities:

* Provide exceptional customer service
* Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests in a timely manner.
* Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
* Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Maintain a complete knowledge of: hotel features/services, hours of operations, room rates, special packages and promotions, daily house count and expected arrivals/departures.
* Will process all guest check-ins, and verify registration information with the guest.
* Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery).
* Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with housekeeping.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a front desk agent or in a similar role is preferred but not required
* A high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
* Experience working at a hotel establishment (highly desired)
