Guest Service

Front Office Management

· Acts manager on duty for hotel in the absence of management, as assigned.

· Complete all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, telephone procedures, hotel amenities and computer systems.

· Complete required brand and company training and follows financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories and receivables.

· Produce accurate reports on time and ensure are reviewed on a daily basis.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Clean guest rooms or other hotel areas as assigned, ensuring the established standards of cleanliness.
Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints, seeking assistance from leadership when necessary.
Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
Provide exception customer service as needed.
Report any guest issues to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
Participate in any trainings as required by the brand.
Follow proper protocol according to the brand and/or local ordinances pertaining to the cleaning of guest rooms/sanitization of public spaces.
REQUIREMENTS:

High School degree

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and use a tablet/smart device

Well-groomed and professional in appearance

Willing to work on weekends and holidays if required

Effective communication skills
