Well, our very first cooking class at The Cardinal SOLD OUT, and after how much fun we had, we're doing it again!!!! ❤️

Next up: TAMALE NIGHT! 🫔

Join me Saturday, December 19th, for a fun night of making homemade tamales, eating some really good food, and hanging out around the table.

You'll learn to make two kinds of tamales, enjoy dinner together, and take six home with you!

December 19 | 6:30–9:30 PM | $50 per person

Only 10 spots available, and if the first class taught me anything, it's that you might want to grab yours sooner rather than later. 😂

Cash loves funnel cake so I made him some mini ones and had an idea....
FUNNEL CAKE FLIGHT!!!! I 🙌
Top to bottom:
•Wild Blueberry Jam (I made this a.m) & Lemon zest, Powdered sugar
•Maple Cinnamon Pears(made this a.m), Candied Pecans(made this a.m), Powdered sugar and caramel drizzle.
•Powdered sugar and chocolate drizzle.

For today, our guest at The Cardinal Bed & Breakfast chose the Harvest Breakfast Hash from our October menu! 🍂
Crispy country potatoes, applewood-smoked bacon, caramelized onion, roasted sweet potato & cheddar, topped with two eggs and fresh herbs.
