Mahj nights continue throughout the month, while Listen Here with Alaia Alizabeth brings music to the lobby and Mixing + Shaking is back behind the bar. Befores + Afters and Dryce After Dome round out the month with late-night hangs and familiar faces.

On June 19, we’re gathering with Third Culture Social for the Giveback Kickback, a Juneteenth celebration centered on community and care. Spend the day exploring the Vendor Market and Wellness Suite, then join us in the evening for a DJ, food trucks, and a celebration of culture, connection, and freedom.

Introducing the new Spring Cocktail Menu at Hotel Dryce. Fresh ingredients, house infusions, and bold seasonal flavors made for patio season.

The Dryce Negroni delivers a citrus-forward twist with orange infused gin, coconut fat washed Campari, and rouge vermouth.

Panther City Punch blends dark rum, pineapple, lemon, Luxardo, and house yuca syrup for a rich tropical finish.

Oaxacan Smoke layers rosemary infused mezcal, Cynar, and rouge vermouth into a smoky, herbaceous cocktail.

The Dryce Paloma keeps it bright with grapefruit infused tequila, lime, grapefruit soda, and grapefruit ice cubes.

Liberation Libation mixes vodka, Campari, dry curaçao, Lillet Blanc, and Luxardo syrup for a crisp bittersweet sip.

Tommy B Martini combines Gin Mare, clarified tomato water, basil oil, and cherry tomato for a savory garden-inspired martini.

Trinity Lee Spritz brings together lychee liqueur, Aperol, St. Germain, and cactus pear soda for a floral sparkling cocktail.

Cowtown Queen shakes up coconut lime vodka, vanilla, yuca syrup, lime, and egg white into a silky tropical favorite.

Introducing…Pink Clouds

Another one of our April cocktails of the month.

Vodka, Licor 43, strawberry, and lemon, finished with a soft egg white foam. Vanilla on the front, strawberry sweetness through the middle, and a light citrus lift to round it out. Smooth, airy, and a little nostalgic.
