There is freedom in letting go.

When we release what we have carried, we make room for something new.

Pain can be a catalyst for change.

Forgiveness doesn't erase what happened. It gives us the freedom to choose what we carry forward.

It doesn't say what happened was okay. It says what happened doesn't get to decide the rest of our story.

We can lay down what has kept us bound and allow ourselves to be washed clean.
