Happy Birthday, Donald Duck 💙❤️💛! Guest tip- there is a fun character buffet breakfast offered at Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, just a 15-20 minute drive from the villa. It’s such a great photo opportunity with Donald, Daisy Duck, Goofy and Minnie Mouse- especially seeing the characters in their laid back beach attire!

Windsor Hills Resort is THE BEST location in proximity to the Orlando theme parks. But even better, it has been a Guest Favourite among travelers for over 20 years. Our dedicated HOA and active owners ensure that we are continually maintaining and improving our beautiful community. Most recently, the pool deck received all new chaise loungers, added seating area and will soon getting more umbrellas and new premium cabanas. The waterslides and splash pad underwent a full refurbishment in January. The Marketplace & Grille was fully renovated and continues to offer guests basic groceries, sundries and expanded food and beverage menu including the upcoming Cinco de Mayo specials.

Stop in the Welcome Center upon arrival, view the all New Community Channel from the villa on Bluestream cable channel 901 and see the refreshed weekly May Activities calendars attached below. There is also a QR code posted in the villa on the wall by the desk for updated calendars.

Happy Spring 🌸! We still have two short stays in May when you could enjoy EPCOT’s International Flower and Garden Festival and the nightly Garden Rocks Concert series! This includes the last weekend of May before the festival closes on June 1st. Concerts from May 29-31 weekend include Queensryche and Maverick City Music 🎸🎤🎵

Food & W**e Festival is expected to begin August 27th and run through November 21st 🍽️🍷

“Our” SuperHost Era Continues! I emphasize “Our” as it takes a village to be able to stand out in the Top 1% of homes on the AirBnB platform for 5 quarters in a row. We are just one family… with one property that we love to share with our guests. Many SuperHosts have multiple homes- some that they own, but several that they manage for others. Even more, the majority of our bookings are Direct- here through Facebook book direct groups and through our website www.CoolChangeVacationVillas.com
So we are limited in availability on outside platforms.

The village includes our amazing property managers, Mario & Gaby, as our boots on the ground. They are onsite in the community daily if the unforeseen situation arises and needs to be addressed. They also coordinate our cleanings and oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the villa. We are blessed to have them, and their incredible cleaning team- in fact, Elsita is our primary cleaner and has been with us from almost the beginning, nearly 5 years ago! But it all stretches even further, as we are located in the beautiful resort community of Windsor Hills. We took the opportunity over the holidays to stop by the office and security gate to spread a little holiday cheer to the staff with treat boxes from Mianas Cakes.

Last, to all of our valued guests… I’ve said it before, but know how very much you are all appreciated!! The trust you place in us when booking your holiday is humbling. The care you take of the villa makes us grateful we are able to share it with you!! And finally, never underestimate the power of leaving us a review. I know it seems small, and maybe a little tedious after your vacations, but it’s truly what helps us all stay in the business and stand out among the many many options in this Disney market.
