Strong troops are built on strong youth leaders. Give your Scouts the tools they need to lead with confidence by registering them for Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST)!

ILST is the foundational leadership course for Scouts serving in positions of responsibility. Participants will learn:
✅ The roles and responsibilities of troop leaders
✅ Effective communication and teamwork
✅ Leadership skills to help their troop succeed
✅ The confidence to lead by example
