We’re excited to introduce two of our newest neighbors here at Treetop Village! Levi and Lindsey Sinak recently purchased Unit 8, a former timeshare unit that they’ve completely transformed with a stunning interior renovation.

After getting to know them, we discovered that Lindsey is an interior 🚪🎨 designer and co-owner of Upstaged Design, a luxury interior design firm based right here at Lake of the Ozarks. Their work focuses on creating elevated, highly personalized spaces that balance refined design with comfortable, livable style—perfect for the waterfront lifestyle we all love.

Their renovation of Unit 8 is truly incredible, and we can’t wait for you to see it.

The episode premiered locally on KSMO Channel 62 in February and showcases the beauty, views, and unique villa experience here at the iconic Treetop Village in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks.
