When do we take our feeders down?  Right now is the most important time to have your feeder up, clean, with fresh nectar every other day or so.  The hummingbirds need the extra help getting nectar the most for their migration at this time. Most of Canada and the area in light blue is safe to take the feeders down  first week of October. Area in orange the second week of October.  Area in light green the end of October. Area in dark green first week of November.
