Gosh, haven't opened this page in awhile. Most of u probably know we sold our beautiful little cabin, missing it terribly too, but life journeys are without twist and turns! But it was right choice for us. However could not leave those peaceful beautiful mountains 4 ever. Will be sharing and enjoying many days to come with our daughter and her family on our little mountain above you all hopefully not too long in future. As well as a family home they plan to do vacation rentals as well. So don't forget us!

In mean time can still enjoy the Sparrows Nest now under new owners. Still cozy and comfortable but even better! Few great changes was done! Decor And style enhanced to cottage chic but still country beautiful! Still same great amenities - fishing, hiking, swimming and by wonderful new owners.

So do yourselves a treat and go enjoy the Smokey Mountains. Will check and get website

We have sold our last cabin and with bittersweet emotions Ray and I decided to get out of the vacation rentals, hopefully do some traveling ourselves being "guests" instead of "hosts". It has been a rewarding amazing time in our lives, meeting and getting to know so many of you. This pleasure and success could not have happened without our guests, our family and friends, Franklin businesses, community, and the new mountain friends made (not letting them go ever). We love and thank you.

We still and always will love and be a part of the Smokey Mountains. Still have land on our River Dog Mountain - when and what our next 'building project" will be, not sure.

Good News - both our cabins are still available to vacation rentals! You can find both on the VRBO & AIRBNB.

BOTH NEW OWNERS are wonderful caring honest people you will love.

The River Run Cabins page featuring the Sparrows Nest, one br one bath cabin. Please check them out - will love the new decor and changes! New page in process for review and use very soon.

The larger 3 story home has different name (can pm me for information if any trouble finding). New decor and changes also are amazing!
