Still thinking about a trip over the holidays to Franklin? We have had cancellations over New Year's -- The Overlook (2 bedroom) and The Loft (1bd, full kitchen and bathroom) both have availability on New Year's and there are a couple of other December weekends that are open. Remember, we're just three blocks from The Square on Main Street and Franklin is absolutely magical during the season!

We've had cancellations in both The Loft on Main (1bd) and The Overlook on Main (2bd) for Main Street Festival weekend (April 23-24), one of the busiest weekends of the year in Franklin! Book quick before they fill up, and you won't have to worry about driving or parking anywhere -- you'll be one block from all the action!

After an incredibly busy few months in our Main Street properties, January and February typically slow down. But there's still plenty going on here in wintertime -- and we've got availability! We lower our rates during this time, so no excuses not to come see us!

People are obviously tired of this dreary weather and have started planning trips! Our Spring months are beginning to fill up for both The Loft on Main (1 bedroom) and The Overlook on Main (2 bedroom), but there's still availability for fun weekends including the NFL Draft, Iroquois Steeplechase, Vandy graduation and even 4th of July. We actually have most November weekends open in "The Loft," our one-bedroom apartment. It's great for overflow guests for the holidays or for a quick escape to Downtown Franklin.
