Come in this weekend to Appalachia Kitchen and try the pan seared trout served with asparagus risotto, crab red pepper salad and a lemon buerre blanc. Our trout is sourced locally from Mountain State Trout in Franklin, WV. Open Friday and Saturday 5-9. Stop in or make reservations on Yelp. Located at Corduroy Inn and Lodge across from Western Territory Lift.
