We had a great time at the Highgate Memorial Day Parade. Claireta loved being in Doug's truck throwing candy. All the floats were so good! The kids in the parade did a great job too! Little tikes driving tractors and the adorable dressed to the 9's children in Divine Treasures! It was especially nice to see so many people and visit with folks you hadn't seen in ages. Simply a blessed day! Topped off with an evening of corn hole with Leo, Melinda, Kyle, Amanda, Tom, Doug and I. Claireta cheered us on! She got to play a little too.
Happy Memorial Day, we hope your day was special and you took a moment in your heart to thank those who made this day and all our freedoms possible. We can never take our freedom for granted. Many gave their life for that freedom. God Bless the USA!

About 2:30 I drove the side by side out to clean the Cedar Creek. As soon as I got past the pavilion the first thing I saw was 2 Bald Eagles soaring in the sky together. 🦅
