💙 Week 3 – Making an Impact

When people ask what makes The Landing Company different, my answer is simple...

We're not building just another restaurant. We're building a destination.

Yes, we'll serve great food, specialty drinks, coffee, and ice cream—but our vision reaches far beyond what's on the menu.

We envision a place where:

☕ Friends meet for coffee in the morning.

🍔 Families enjoy supper after a busy day.

🍦 Kids celebrate after ballgames with ice cream.

🎉 Friends and neighbors gather for birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, business meetings, and special occasions.

❤️ Visitors experience the hospitality that makes Franklin such a special place to call home.

Our goal is to create a place that people are willing to drive 20, 30, or even 45 minutes to enjoy because they know they'll receive great food, exceptional service, and an experience worth coming back for.

When people travel to Franklin to eat at The Landing Company, the impact reaches far beyond our front door.

They stop for fuel.

They shop at local businesses.

They visit other stores.

They attend community events.

They discover everything Franklin has to offer.

That's how communities grow—not by depending only on the people who already live here, but by creating reasons for people from surrounding communities to visit, spend time here, and support our local economy.

We believe Franklin deserves to be known as a destination—not just a town people drive through.

The Landing Company is about creating jobs, strengthening our local economy, supporting other local businesses, and building something our children and grandchildren can be proud of for generations to come.

Our local restaurant wants to expand. Looking forward to it!

Every dream has a beginning, and ours started by coming home.
In 2009, our family moved back to Franklin and purchased The Frosty Mug a business that has proudly been serving this community since 1957. Over the past 17 years, we've had the privilege of serving generations of families, celebrating milestones with you, and becoming part of so many wonderful memories.
While we're incredibly proud of everything The Frosty Mug has become, we've always dreamed of creating something even bigger for Franklin.

That dream is The Landing Company.

Our vision is more than a new restaurant. It's a place where families and friends can gather, where memories are made, where community connections grow, and where people from near and far choose to spend time in Franklin.
Our commitment to this community goes beyond our businesses. Chris and I have always believed in giving back by volunteering our time and serving on local boards and organizations. We love this community, and we believe Franklin deserves continued investment and growth.

Over the next several weeks, we'll be sharing our vision for The Landing Company, why we believe it will have a positive impact on Franklin, and how you can be part of this exciting journey.
