81%‼️ 🗣️ “It’s in the middle of nowhere.” “I don’t know if people will book it.” “There’s nothing to do around there.” These are all things I’ve told myself over the past year when it comes to booking this unique little caboose. But all the while the occupancy percentage keeps rolling up the hill until I stop and look that 25 of the available 31 nights (81%) this month are booked 🎉 a new record for us!! What’s best is Autumn 🍂 is upon us next, and there’s not a more beautiful experience to behold than waking up to those fall colors and crisp air as you relax in the hot tub with a fresh cup of that Hitch Blend ☕️ in your hands 🥰 September, October & November have a few openings, book while you still can 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

WOODLAWN BEACH 🏝️ Just a short 1/2 mile walk or drive (parking available) is now OPEN!! This is a great activity for our short term vacation rental guests right here on our own property 👏🏻👏🏻 On the Kanawha River you can now kayak and/or canoe and just take a relaxing paddle around 🛶 or even do some fishing 🎣

We’ve added a new way to rest & relax here for our guests at The Hitch Caboose 🎶 Every decision we make here in this ol’ train is intentional, down to the finest detail, we try our best to remind our patrons to slow down, turn their phones off and just rest 💤 Even the way your stay with us sounds is important; wether it’s the birds chirping outside, the wind blowing across the fields that surround, the kids laughing while playing a board game, or the crackle and pop of that ol’ vinyl spinning round and round ❤️💛 Call us nostalgic, but in this 400 square feet sometimes we can look back on the past and smile while being thankful for what was, what is, and what’s still to come!
