Dear Fredericksburg Hospitality House Guest,
As the Commonwealth begins to feel the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share with you the preemptive measures we’re taking at FHH to help protect the health and safety of our guests and staff, which is always our top priority. We’re closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19.
Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization and the Commonwealth of Virginia’s public health agency, we’ve developed plans that allow us to respond in a timely and appropriate fashion to help keep our guests and staff safe.
Our housekeeping and sanitation efforts in our establishment have been greatly expanded. We’re frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces such as door handles, tabletops, railings, and guest rooms. We have intensified our cleaning protocols prior to our guests’ arrivals and departures.
We’re asking our staff and encouraging our guests to follow the CDC guidelines about the spread of the infection.
Our thoughts are with those who have been affected as we battle this health concern.
Again, the health and safety of our guests and staff are top priority and we’re committed to doing our part to provide a safe environment for you and your family.
Thank you,
The Management of the Fredericksburg Hospitality House
