👀 5 WEEKS UNTIL COURT 👀
📄 FOIA records revealed communications involving the Chairman of the Stafford County Board of Supervisors in which he is also a Stafford Sheriff Deputy- Deuntay Diggs, discussing efforts to stop our BY-RIGHT project with project opponents and neighboring property owners. What followed mirrored those communications in ways that were SHOCKING.

Most people would find that hard to believe.(One thing about us, we show the records to stand behind everything we say)
In fact, if you told someone that an elected official was discussing ways to stop a BY-RIGHT project with opposition groups and neighbors, many would assume it happened somewhere else.
❌ But it didn’t.
📍 It happened right here in Stafford County, Virginia just outside of DC.
🎬 Some stories sound like they belong in a political thriller.
• A BY-RIGHT Campground being told it must be “TENTS ONLY” despite those words not existing in the ordinance.
• Delays.- Going on 2 years we should have had our site plan approved.
• Shifting interpretations.
• Political involvement.

• Last-minute ordinance changes— that MIRRORED the BOS and Stafford Sheriff Deputy communication with the opposition.
•A staggering amount of money spent and being spent on attorneys, engineers, architects, consultants, studies, and endless reviews.
• Millions of dollars in lost revenue and opportunity while a project that should have been welcoming families and creating memories sat stalled.
• The stress, frustration, uncertainty, and mental anguish placed on our family over the last two years.
Yet this isn’t fiction.
