🚨 🚨 STAFFORD KEEPS CHANGING ITS STORY AND THROWING ARGUMENTS AT THE WALL, HOPING SOMETHING WILL STICK.

First, Stafford insisted our by-right campground could only have tents.

But in the judges November 21, 2025 letter of opinion, the judge read Stafford’s ordinance and ruled:

“Clearly… uses other than tents are permitted.”

Look at this ➡️ If Stafford truly only wanted the Court to determine what the ordinance allowed, why wasn’t this resolved last year when the judge answered that question?

Why wasn’t Stafford satisfied? Because they didn’t want our campground for some NEFARIOUS reason and we’re desperate to stop it.

Instead, they MADE-UP another way to keep fighting us—claiming our lawsuit was filed 56 days too late.

In Stafford’s March 4, 2025 demurrer, it told the Court:

“The Application has not been disapproved and remains open with the Department.”

But in its August 28, 2025 Summary Judgment Motion, Stafford all at once changed its story and claimed unidentified (mystery) “County staff” denied our plan on October 7, 2024, saying the clock started on this date.

Yet the actual automated IWR system email sent that day (that they are using) never said DENIED or DISAPPROVED. It said:

“Your application is missing information.”

It even said:

“No problems identified on the review.”

The email was not issued by an identified, authorized agent. It never identified who supposedly denied our plan.

Virginia law says:

“The… agent shall act on any proposed… site plan… by either approving or disapproving the plan in writing.”

So where is the authorized agent’s written October 7 denial—and who actually denied our plan? Stafford is even having issues determining who their agent is. Does this sound like a CIRCUS 🤡🎪🎠

We all know who the agent was it was Michael Zuraff and he has mysteriously “Flown the Coop” this past month and is no longer the Planning Commission Director or AGENT. Stafford has brought in a new Planning Commission Director from Arizona.

🚨🚨 CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS IS WHY WE ARE GOING BACK TO COURT ON OCTOBER 19, 2026. ⚖️

The Court must decide whether Stafford can turn an automated “NEEDS INFORMATION ” email into an OFFICIAL DENIAL —and then use that disputed date to claim our lawsuit was 56 days late.

First it was Stafford’s INFAMOUS made-up “Tents Only” DEMAND.

Now it is a MYSTERY denial date and an (mystery) unidentified denier.

•How far is Stafford willing to go to stop this campground
•How many times will it change its story trying?
•Who all is involved and WHY?

📍 Join us in court on October 19, 2026, at the Stafford County Courthouse, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, VA 22554.

Come show your support and see Stafford answer for itself.

👀 LOOK AT THIS…

Stafford County is hosting a workshop to help people start and grow businesses here.

Meanwhile, we’ve spent nearly THREE YEARS fighting Stafford County just to open ours.

And through our FOIA requests, we found documents showing that THIER OWN ATTORNEY, representing the EDA, wrote to the County asking that our business be DENIED.

So which is it, Stafford?

Support small business… or only support the businesses YOU approve of?

Because when the EDA is promoting business development while its attorney is BEHIND THE SCENES asking for a local small business to be denied…

That sure raises some serious conflict-of-interest questions. 👀

Please help us make sense of this. Do you think this is a conflict of interest?

Once upon a time, in a place called STAFFORD, VIRGINIA…

A place where George Washington once walked.
A place shaped by farms… forests… creeks… and open land.

But somewhere along the way, Stafford started changing.

V**e shops popped up.
Car wash after car wash popped up.
And dense housing became the new Board of Supervisors delicacy.

Meanwhile, Stafford taxpayers are getting squeezed harder and harder with outlandish tax increases — paying the price for poor planning and decision coming from the BOS.

Then came the new “knight in shining armor”…

DATA CENTERS.

Rezonings followed.

Land that was never intended for massive industrial development was suddenly REZONED by the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors and steadily growing into a DATA CENTER HUB.

Huge buildings.
Enormous power demands.
Generators.
Transmission infrastructure.
Thousands of acres of tree clearing.
Massive land disturbance.

➡️ Watch this aerial video showing the destruction.

And then there was one little piece of land…

75 acres on the creek.

Not asking to become another subdivision.
Not asking to become another industrial site.
Not asking to be covered in concrete.

It simply dreamed of staying rural…

Much like Widewater State Park, right here in our own county.

A small family campground.

Cabins.
Campers.
Trees.
Trails.
Campfires.

A place where families could come enjoy the outdoors… instead of watching one more piece of Stafford disappear beneath development.

Sounds simple, right?

Not in Stafford.

That little 75 acres has now spent nearly THREE YEARS fighting for its life…

And hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees.

Not only ours.

We can only imagine how much taxpayer money Stafford County has spent fighting it, too.

Delay after delay.
Demand after demand.
Court hearing after court hearing.

A “demise plan” from the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors exposed through FOIAs.

A made-up, unlawful “TENTS ONLY” demand imposed on us.

And then…

A judge finding that Stafford’s demand was not in the ordinance and indeed a FAKE and MADE- UP Demand.

Yet here we are.

Still fighting.

And in just 7 WEEKS, we head back to the courthouse for the THIRD TIME.

Think about that.

A small family BY-RIGHT campground has had to fight for nearly three years just to remain rural…

While massive industrial development continues changing the landscape around it.

And you really have to wonder…

What would George Washington think if he could see what Stafford is becoming today?

Would he recognize the place where he spent his boyhood?

Would he understand why a family campground trying to preserve 75 acres is fighting for its life…

While enormous industrial projects are welcomed and rezoned.

Sometimes you really have to ask…

How did we get here?

And maybe an even bigger question…

WHO, behind the scenes, has been involved in keeping us here?

⚖️ OCTOBER 19, 2026
Third trip to the courthouse.
We show up for justice again.

👀 HEY… LOOK AT THIS! LOOK! 😂🚤

Just a little Saturday traffic going back and forth to the boat club right in front of our property.

Boats. Trailers. Trucks. Back and forth. 🚤🚙

And yep… this is the SAME ROAD neighbors been saying a camper somehow can’t travel down. 🤔😂. But NOT VDOT they approved us.

Sometimes you don’t even need to say much.

Just look. 👀
