Located just a few miles from Fredericksburg this recently completed cottage facility provides accommodations for up to 4 people in each private structure. Couples can enjoy the spacious floor plan and outdoor facilities in a traditional rustic country setting. With a master bedroom and master bathroom this romantic vacation getaway is designed for 1 couple but can accommodate an additional two oc

cupants in each cottage. Each private outdoor patio includes a hot tub, BBQ fire pit ring, table and chairs with a view of the Texas Hill Country with an abundant amount of wildlife consisting of deer, turkey, rabbits, squirrels, etc. A unique outdoor shower is also accessible to all occupants in the properties 3 cottages. Come experience all Fredericksburg has to offer in wineries, shopping, and festivities.

Our resident rock squirrel!

At Breezy Hills Cottages, preserving the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country is one of the things we value most. Our property is home to deer, birds, squirrels, turkies, and other local wildlife, with bird feeders and deer feeders placed throughout the grounds for our guests—and our wild friends—to enjoy.

Slow down, take in the peaceful surroundings, and you just might spot this little guy during your stay. 🐿️🌿

“The most peaceful, Texas Hill Country scenery with the best sunsets and sunrises as well as bright stars at night. During the day, we loved looking at the Texas Flora and Fauna 😊.
