Summertime is a great time to visit Fredericksburg! Sure, it's hot all over Texas but Fredericksburg's high hill country elevation of 1700 feet above sea level and our rural location usually keeps us 5-8 degrees cooler and with lower humidity than most Texas cities. Plus there are literally tons of fun indoor activities and nice chilly AC waiting when you return to The NEST in Fred if it's a bit too warm out for you!
