At Midnight Entertainment & Rentals LLC we are available all year long. There is a 8% tax fee applied on total, if we deliver there is also an additional charge for travel fee; this is delivery and pick up ( 4 way travel). There will be waivers signed for all rental items, payment is to be made prior to anything being uploaded from trailer/ warehouse. Bounce Houses:
*WEATHER POLICY: If the weath
er takes a turn on your event during the use of our bounce houses, we ask that you deflate the bounce house (this is only for heavy rain and extreme wind). We ask if it is extreme weather to cover the bounce house blower(‘s) so they dont get damaged, and uncover & re-inflate when the weather has passed. If there is just a light drizzle falling you may continue to keep using the bounce house
*Adult supervision is ALWAYS required.
*Shoes of any kind should never be worn inside a bounce house.
* 3-4 kids at a time depending on age.
*No hard toys inside.
*No food/ gum/ drinks inside.
*No pulling on the bounce house itself.
*No climbing over the wall, please stay inside bounce house.
*No hanging or pulling on netting.
*No silly string inside.
*No water balloons
*No rough house, wrestling, horse play inside.
*Adults - no smoking directly next to bounce houses
*The space for your rental must include a flat, non-elevated surface free of pointy and sharp objects that could puncture the inflatables and no overhead obstructions posing risks, such as power lines and broken tree branches. Please clear the setup area of any rocks, sharp objects, and animal waste. We cannot set up on rock, sand, or mulch. A slight elevation will be okay and if you have any questions regarding elevation requirements, please let us know and we can assist. Winter months are available, but bounce houses need to be set up in doors a building that is compatible with the bounce house requested.
