Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Portland, the campground serves as a wonderful "home base" for area activities. Local offerings include sandy beaches, golf courses, L.L. Take home a taste of campus! Stop into the Farm Store to purchase Cowboy Candy, Dill Pickles, Bloody Mary Mix and Marinara Sauce, all crafted by our culinary team using vegetables grown here on campus.

These products are part of our commitment to reducing food waste. We transform farm-fresh vegetables that are perfectly safe and delicious to eat but may not be the right shape or appearance for our Farm Store into flavorful pantry staples. It's one more way we make the most of every harvest while creating something delicious to enjoy at home or share as a gift.
