Well, Bean put the big window on the second floor in, so I think most of the outside work is finishing up. They're also moving the fences around to work on landscaping, so the lawn area is going to be a lot smaller this year. And speaking of which, she rep told me their summer concert series is out, but I haven't been able to fiind it yet.

Must admit that I'm a little confused about the exterior design decisions. Metal roof, which is nice, but none of their other buildings have metal AND they just replaced one of the other roofs within the last 2 years, so it's not like they didn't have a chance to use metal. Then the siding; it's vertical and the building next to it has horizontal siding. It's like they're trying not to make things match.
