We are so excited to show you what we've been up to in the last month. We took on a huge project at Tranquil Waters! We originally had a flat roof on the garage which probably worked wonders for years but had been leaking over time. It was time to revamp it. Beyond grateful that our owner does construction and knows what he is doing. A huge shout out to his crew for the support and help along the way.

We are not done by a long shot. But we no longer have a garage roof leaking 🎉 unfortunately we did have to get rid of the screened in porch, it was not able to be saved. However, once the inside of the garage is done, we are very confident that this space can provide you a comfortable and relaxing getaway from the weather with the view still.

Things to finish up:
👷‍♂️Very patiently waiting for a garage door that's been long overdue to arrive ❤️
👷‍♂️Pick a color to reside the house
👷‍♂️ Insulate and finish the inside walls!

Our built-in handyman/handyMEN since our son always wants to help partake in the fixing.

We hope you had a fabulous holiday weekend and feel reset for the week! Tranquil Waters got a reset today ❤️

-House flip for the next guests
-2 new door handles
-fix a leaking sink
-fix a toilet
-fix some broken shades
- started replacing a thermostat...it turned into a bigger job than we thought. Story of a "quick fix"
- leaf blow
