Start in the middle at the Hahn-a-lula Resort and head north on the river. Stop in Fremont at any of the waterfront bars/restaurants for some serious fun! Anchor at the Partridge Lake sand bar for a few hours then continue north to New London and beyond with a few more watering holes along the way. That’s an entire day’s adventure right there. Tomorrow, leave the Hahn-a-lula Resort and travel southeast on the Wolf to Lake Winneconne/Poygan – great swimming and more sand bars. Head further east to Lake Butte Des Morts – jump in and repeat! Then make your final journey along the Wolf River to Lake Winnebago where it flows through downtown Oshkosh. From there, head north to Appleton or south to Fond du lac. You could easily put on 150 miles in a day and never travel over the same water. There’s bars, restaurants, and gas everywhere you need them. Bring the boat and park overnight. Your wake-up call Sunday at Noon will be the Tone Bandits. And just like that the blood is pumping again!!!
