This review followed an Airbnb-reviewed reimbursement claim for smoke odor remediation.. The claim was submitted through Airbnb’s Resolution Center, reviewed by Airbnb Support, and Airbnb paid the $250 reimbursement. This property received seven 5-star ratings during the same period, with this being the lone negative review. During the stay, we also responded promptly to the reported toilet issue, submitted maintenance, and provided directions for towels and cleaning supplies. We stand by the documented communication and Airbnb’s own resolution of the claim.
