Well we are awaiting the arrival of Erin. Our renters have evacuated and we will see what the storm brings.

New appliances!
We upgraded the appliances to stainless and the new stove has a grill top and air fry in the oven. The self cleaning oven now has steam so it might even impress Rhonda your cleaner…( we will see!)

Refreshing:
Recently had a renter who stayed a week at the house and during the stay they had a child that completely broke a new screen at the house.
Rather than simply hide it or fix it enough so that it would not be detected they contacted us and took full ownership of the issue and took care of it.
It was actually nice to work through the problem and get it taken care of in a timely and adult manner.
Things happen, we understand that but sometimes doing the right thing is not the easy thing.
Thank you renter and we would welcome you back again.
