We have a private bridge to a small island, we co-own with our neighbors, with a footpath that winds through the island to a secluded soundfront beach Our home has:
-Large hot tub on the 2nd floor deck overlooking the sound.
-Ample deck furniture and front porch swing.
-Game room with foosball table, card table, sleep sofa, TV/VCR, and a good selection of puzzles, games, and videos.
-Free pool pa

ss in season.
-Full size washer and dryer.
-Well stocked kitchen.
-Charcoal grill in shady spot next to tarmac.
-Hot/Cold outdoor shower.
