1 Change in policy as approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting on 5/16 regarding "Utility Trailers" on site. The rule prohibiting them from being on site has been amended to allow them on site or in overflow for a maximum of 24 hours for special uses and after the 24 hours they MUST be taken off site or put into F storage. If they are on your site they are considered one of the 3 vehicles allowed by rule other than your RV if there is room on the site. On your site is from inside the panel box for your site over to inside the panel box for the site next to the door side of your RV. YOU ARE REQUIRED to let gate security know if you are using this exception and get a pass from them to be kept with your vehicle pass and turned back in when you check out.
2 Rule violations regarding Rule 8 (M) Owners must pick up carpet and clear grassy area to allow for maintenance to mow, or be responsible for maintaining their own site.
Issues - Many of you are leaving vehicles, carpets and other camping gear on the sites when you check out or do not come out and move the stuff to allow for mowing. many of you are putting dog fences around your site for in some cases 2 months if your reservation goes that far and not trimming your grass during the reservation period of when you move to another site.
Penalty for violation of this section $50 fine 1st offense, $100 2nd offense and suspension for 3rd offense.
There are no warnings only this reminder
3 Reminder Section 10 (J) requires all Golf Carts, UTVs and motorized scooters used on Resort roadways to be registered with the OFFICE and show proof of liability insurance in the amount of no less than $100,000 and North Fork should be listed as an additional insured.
Motorized means any type of motor ( fuel or battery ) and applies to any size scooter even small inexpensive children's stand of or ride on scooters or toys.
Penalty for violation of Section 10 is $50 1st offense, $100 2nd offense and suspension and possible loss of driving prevlidges on resort property.
4 Reminder with summer here remember you can not leave your AC or fans on when you are checked out of the Resort. Penalty is a $250 fine.
5 Pool Regulations are posted please be aware of the following.
Children under the age of 12 must be UNDER DIRECT SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT at all times.
Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted inside of the pool enclosures and no drink containers are allowed in the pools at any time.
Please note this year the pool will be open 7 days a week weather permitting 10am - 8pm Sunday - Thursday and noon - 10pm on Friday and Saturday. One pool may be closed at times to allow for routine maintenance.
