Summertime is right around the corner and this is the place for you! How about a nice getaway, the one and only Frye Island in the middle of Sebago Lake in vacationland Maine! This three bedroom, one bath home, offers a gateway to lake adventures! You have your own private, Sandy Beach, waterfront property, a flat lot, a mooring, a raft, and all the amenities for a great vacation !
We just have a few few questions for you? :

1. Do you like to golf? ā³ļø weāve got a 9 Hole golf course with a cute little pro shop, a bar and driving range located in the center of the island !
2. Or is Pickleball your speed? Weāve got that too ! Perhaps youāre skilled enough to play tennis donāt worry, weāve got you covered !ļæ¼!
3. Perhaps a game of baseball, soccer or lacrosse? Yup weāve got that too !
4. Perhaps a little bocce ball or some volleyball ?
5. Or do you like to hike because if you do, weāve got lots of great hiking trails on the protected land all around the island.
6. Kids you say??? oh, thereās a kids camp with a community center filled with foosball basketball hoops./corts a sandbox, swingset, playground arts and crafts and a little gym with some weights for adults!
7. If you want to have a family gathering, you can rent out the space at the golf course or you could rent out the community center !!
8. Donāt like swimming in the lake. Donāt worry we have a swimming pool !
9. Do you want to adventure to other beaches? No problem got that covered too. There are 13 public beaches located around the island, but they are public only to those that are occupying property on the island !
If you answered, yes to any of the above questions. Well, I think the answer is yes to a week on Frye Island.ļæ¼
So grab your boat today grab your car take a ferry over to Frye Island and spend a week this summer enjoying a fabulous lake vacation !
We are pet, free and smoking free. We sleep a maximum of 10 people or a maximum of eight adults.
Itās newly remodeled and has the best screen porch on the island and we have a dining room table you can all gather around or enough picnic tables outside for you and all the guests!
We do have a screen porch, but donāt worry I treat for ticks and mosquitoes, as well as rodents!
And although the lake is there to cool you off, I made sure your nights would be comfortable with AC units in every room and a heat pump that provides heat in the winter or cooler, months and AC in the summer
We have a fire pit outside as well as a grill! youāll find some yard games Pickleball paddles, soccer ball, basketball, š volleyball, woofle ball, soccer ā½ļø bocce balls, and horseshoes! We tried to think of it all!!ļæ¼
Thereās a microwave and old-fashioned, coffee maker, toaster oven, a small dishwasher, that packs, a powerful punch and a small stackable washer and dryer for light loads
I include pillows and comforters however, you will need to bring your sheets and towels.
There is plenty of outdoor seating for you to relax and lounge on!
We are footsteps to the cafĆ©, which has fabulous meals for lunch and dinner and ice cream stand, a coffee shop, a small grocery store and gift shop and live music š¼
You can enjoy some live music at the golf course as well !!ļæ¼ļæ¼ļæ¼ļæ¼ļæ¼ļæ¼
We are the first driveway on the right hand side as soon as you come onto the island so we share a property line with the post office, which means weāre right by the ferry
Because you have to take a ferry on and off the island, we do Friday to Friday Rentals to ease the transition on and off the island, and in and out of the state of Maine !
ā¦.nobody wants to travel on Saturday to Maine I promise you that !!!ļæ¼ļæ¼ļæ¼
