Singletree Cottage

We own a cottage/farm house that is available for rent on November 1st. It is located on 2.5 acres and 1 mile north of Fuquay Varina off Sunset Lake Road. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has a deck overlooking a pond. It is adjacent to the Ballentine Stables. The rent is $1,750 per month. A minimum of a 12 month lease. Application and references are required. Just received a signed lease and deposit for Singletree Cottage. So it is rented for the next 12 months at least. As the end of the lease approaches feel free to check in with me to see if looks like it will become available again.

Singletree Cottage is available for rent again starting on April 1st. The rent is $1,450 per month. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is located near Fuquay Varina/Holly Springs, NC. Message me if interested. No cats. Dogs are negotiable.

We are in the process of replacing the cabinet vanity in the upstairs to match the new kitchen cabinets. Looking good. Can't wait for God to send us our next resident.
