Anybody out there looking for something a little different??? We're a small RV park in Gainesville, Texas that's part of a growing entertainment district, and we're looking for Workampers who like creating things, not just maintaining them.

Got a mural you've always wanted to paint?

Want to help start a community garden?

Know your way around landscaping and making outdoor spaces feel inviting?

Like helping with events, festivals, workshops, live music, or community gatherings?

We're interested.

We already have chickens wandering around and have plans for more animals, more projects, more events, and more reasons for people to stick around and enjoy the property.

Truth is, we're still building. So we're less interested in finding someone to fill a predefined role and more interested in finding people with ideas and skills who want to help shape what this place becomes.

Artists. Gardeners. Makers. Retired farmers. Event people. Handy folks. Creative weirdos. Dreamers. Good humans.

If you've got a project you've always wanted to tackle and are looking for a place that might say "sure, let's try it," send us a message.

It's our time to shine. Let's go big!!! TEAM USA!

Team USA is headed to the World Cup Round of 32 on July 1, and we want to turn Thirty-Five & Liberty into the biggest USA watch party in town!!!

We don't know who they're playing yet but that doesn't matter. What matters is showing up, wearing your red, white, and blue, and helping us cheer on Team USA!!

Let's show everyone how Gainesville supports TEAM USA!!
