ULP Update: Last week, our attorneys informed us that the city requested an extension to prepare for the ULP Hearing, which was originally scheduled for Feb. 6th, 2019. We denied their request, as we feel there has been ample time for both parties to prepare their cases. We were informed on Wednesday, that the city petitioned the PERC arbitrator for more time, and it was granted. As of now, both parties have by February 8th to agree on a new date to hold the hearing.
