WE’VE GOT ROOM FOR A FEW MORE!

Our returning customers had first dibs, and now we’re opening up our remaining availability to the public for our Company Event on Saturday, September 12th!

If you’ve been wanting to come hang out with us, here’s your chance!

Your reservation includes:
🛶 2 FREE rental kayaks for your float

Returning customers from the last two years, this one is for you!

Join us on September 12th for our annual company event and enjoy:

• 2 FREE kayaks (you + one other adult)
• FREE tent camping
• HALF-PRICE RV sites
• Live music by (to be determined)
• Multiple food trucks

🚨 Important: The free float trip, tent camping, and discounted RV sites are only available to returning customers from the last two years.

🎟️ Just want to come down for the evening? $5 Day Passes are available to everyone and are for guests who want to enjoy the band, food trucks, and the evening festivities. A Day Pass does not include a float trip or camping.

Day Pass entry is strictly from 7:00 PM–8:00 PM. The gate will close to Day Pass entries after 8:00 PM! Hang out with the crew as long as you want after you check-in at the gate for your Day Pass reservation.

All reservations must be made by calling our office in advance, and all required waivers must be signed before the event.

📅 August 31st is the reservation deadline. Be sure to reserve your spot before we open any remaining availability to the public. Space is limited!

🎉 Employee Appreciation Event – September 12th

Every year at the end of our season, we take our staff on a weekend trip to celebrate another busy summer and show our appreciation for all of their hard work.

This year, we’re doing something a little different.

Instead of traveling, we’re keeping our employee appreciation event right here at home…on the James River and at our campground. We wanted to invite our amazing customers to join us for a fun evening and spend time with the crew that helps make your float trips possible all season long.

🎟️ Half-Off Day Passes will be available for this event!

🎶 Live Music: The Holt Boys (starting around 9:00 PM)
🌮 Multiple Food Trucks

Please read before reserving your Day Pass:

• Day Passes are HALF-OFF but must be reserved by calling our office.
• Walk-in Day Pass purchases will NOT be allowed for any reason.
• All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
• All waivers must be signed at least 48 hours prior to the event. If you arrive without completed waivers, you will be turned away.
• Gate check-in is from 7:00 PM–8:00 PM ONLY. The gate will close promptly at 8:00 PM, and no late entry will be permitted.

We’re strictly enforcing these rules because this night is meant to celebrate our hardworking staff. We want them to be able to relax, enjoy themselves, and spend time with everyone instead of working. Management will be handling gate check-ins so the crew can have a well-deserved night off.

We’re excited to celebrate another incredible season with the people who helped make it possible…our staff and our loyal customers. We appreciate your understanding, your support, and your respect for these event guidelines.

We can’t wait to spend the evening with you!

Cooler temps, awesome customers, and a staff that stayed hustling all day long. The ramp was moving, the laughs were nonstop, and somehow everyone survived another busy day without floating away.

To help ensure everyone has enough time to enjoy their trip and return before 7pm, we will not send tube rentals out after 11:00 AM.

Tubes are our slowest-floating option, and later departures often don’t allow enough time to relax & enjoy your day before it ends.

If you’re planning to float in a tube, please arrive early. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you on the river!

Anyone with tube reservations will be receiving a call to change your estimated arrival time. ☀️
