Located in the Galena Territory, the 'Comfort House' offers a luxurious, peaceful, yet affordable convenient vacation rental. interior has designer touches throughout and provides sleeping for eight with just the right amount of space and privacy. The ma

ster bedroom(king) and a bath with a jetted tub are on the main level. The living area, dining area, and kitchen combined to form a spacious great room which makes entertaining in this space a pleasure. The kitchen is fully equipped (complete with cooking and dining utensils). In the great room you will enjoy the wood burning fire place(wood supplied) with the TV mounted over the mantel. A sliding glass door off of the dining area leads to the furnished three seasons outdoor room. This home boasts of a large wrap around deck furnished with ample tables and chairs, an outside sink with running water (summer months), a gas and charcoal grill, an outdoor fire pit, and a large private outdoor hot tub under a gazebo. In the lower level you will find 2 bedrooms(king), 2 bathrooms, the trundle bedroom(2 twins with privacy drapery)and laundry area with washer and dryer. Each bedroom is designed with a custom coverlet, pillow shams, dust ruffle, a roman shade with black out lining. Additionally you will find extra blankets, down comforters, and pillows, for each bed. This home in 'The Galena Territory' is a long time favorite destination for vacationers. Main Street Galena
Galena is hosting their first Java, Chocolate & Champagne Stroll! Take your time enjoying a few special treats as you stroll your way along Galena’s magical Main Street. The entire weekend will have a Java, Chocolate & Champagne theme to it with specials and events sprinkled everywhere you look.

The actual stroll will happen on Saturday from noon–4pm. You have to purchase your ticket ($25) which will get you a punch card good fro 10 treats (mix and match as you like between our chocolate, java & champagne options).

Your ticket also will get you a commemorative cup that you can use during the stroll and then also enjoy at home. Tickets are $25 if ordered ahead and $30 the day of the event. Hosted by Galena Downtown Business Association
