Seriously, we LOVE the challenge of a kitchen layout! This client for a few years back was looking for help with their tiny 500 sqft 1 bed/1bath garage apartment layout. We worked with the plumbing and electrical they had already run in the space to create the most functional layout possible for them. They sent us these pictures of the final product.

We’ve been quite on our little corner of instagram for a while now but we’ve been working on something super special!

We’ve partnered with M2Q Construction to work on a flip project! Here’s a glimpse of progress the kitchen has been through along with the mood board and layout. We started from *almost* scratch. We worked with the original plumbing and electrical to create the new kitchen layout.

We have shifted our focus 💙💙

If you’ve noticed that we’ve been quite on this little corner of Instagram, there’s a good reason why! We are expecting identical twin boys late January/early February of 2034. We’ve been focusing on preparing our personal home to bring our first set of children home to.

We hope to spend a while adjusting to life with our new family, then will be back at it for more renovations!

We are happy to announce that we have listed the Beachside Bungalow and the Coastal Cottage for sale!

This was our first home we every purchased and are proud to say we poured our blood, sweat, and tears into this place to make it the successful Airbnb it is today. You will enjoy the proximity to the water as well as the two sweetly styled living quarters. It makes a great rental property or live in the one and rent out the other as we once did.

Our Beachside Bungalow has a washer and dryer in the entryway/mud room! The perfect place to throw those beach towels as you come in from the beach. We just ask that you shake off as much sand as possible before washing 🏖️
