A sneak peak of the condo association property! It’s a short distance from the beach. There’s a great pool and fitness room. There’s even a place to BBQ!

The unit should be available soon! We are waiting for the entire complex to get a facelift. Can’t wait to see the new paint colors.

We live in Wisconsin, where Tom was born & raised. Jen was born and raised in Spring, Texas and has been missing her home state ever since her family moved to Wisco.

We bought this condo so Jennifer could go down and visit her family & home more often. This isn’t an investment property for us…this is our second home! Please take good care of it. 🤍🤍🤍
