The basement of this 1896 Victorian got a fabulous facelift. The basement which in the early days was the home's first floor has gone from a boxy, dusty storage space to a fun hangout and games space. There is a separate TV room, card and games table, foosball, bean bag toss, custom surfboard table and awesome custom beachy mural. Don't miss this fun new space during your next vacation
