Welcome to paradise located about half way between the bay water and the beach water at the narrow point on the island - equal distance to either side of the island. Walkable, depending on fitness level, to the beach, park, marina or restaurant, or make it very easy on yourself and rent a golf cart through Mikes Golf Carts, 409-737-2278.
Paradise is an updated bayside home with three bedrooms & full bath. This home also has a lovely deck where guests can catch a beach breeze while enjoying a nice beverage and sitting on the deck. New deck furniture was recently added to the home for the enjoyment of guests. The kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave & dishwasher. Table seating for 4 & 2 bar stools at the island. The large living area has a sofa, loveseat & single chair and large flat screen television with Dish Network for the convenience of the guests. Washer/Dryer are located in the Master Bedroom. This home also offers a key for the marina boat dock (not the fishing pier, only the boat dock).
The master bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The full bath is a walk through & features a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. This home will sleep 8 very comfortably, 10 is possible if you want to throw some kids on the couches 🤷🏼♀️😉.
$150 Deposit Required, $150/Night,2 Night Minimum.... PM for availability!
Guests must get a pool pass from the Sea Isle Homeowner Association to use the community pool. Sea Isle Homeowner Association is only open Monday-Friday, 10am to 5pm. Guests should call 409-737-2438 to purchase a pool pass ($100.00 for 10 guests for length of reservation). NO POOL PASSES SOLD ON THE WEEKEND. If pool pass not purchased by 5pm on Friday prior to the start of the reservation, no pool access will be available.
