d large island bar for ease in food preparation and entertaining. The kitchen has both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig (guests bring K-Cups). Guests may want to pour a lovely glass of wine and head out onto one of two balconies to take in the beach views and lower the stress level. The main living area has a 50" flat screen television, new sleeper sofa where you can kick back and relax watching cable, checking your social media or just chilling with your significant other. The master bedroom features a king bed, television, and a work area with a desk tucked away in the corner should guests need to work for a few minutes while on vacation. The master bedroom also features a very large walk-in closet. Master bath completely updated with gorgeous walk-in shower and stone bench seat. All new bed covers, and decor make The San Luis 1035 a place you will visit over and over again. San Luis Resort is located in the mid-island area, only steps from the beach and seaside action, walking distance to shopping, dining and local attractions, swim up pool bar on site, dining on site, park the car and forget everything. When checking in at The Ryson Real Estate office, guests will receive a San Luis Pass Card (1), pool towel cards (4) and wrist bands (4) for the pool area. Guests will need to use all of the cards to access the amenities at The San Luis Resort (fees apply if cards are lost.) Guests may park one car in assigned parking space in garage. Instructions given at check in. Any additional cars are the responsibility of the guests.
