🚫🐬 Don’t Push them Back! With more eyes on the beach this holiday weekend, be sure to report any stranded marine mammals so that trained first responders can assess them quickly. Marine mammals strand for a variety of reasons, including illness and injury. If the animal is pushed back, they can strand again weakened, stressed, and with a decreased chance of survival.

☎️ In Texas, call the TMMSN hotline at 1-800-9MAMMAL to report stranded dolphins. Our rescue team may direct you with first aid instructions for the animal, such as keeping the animal shaded, wet, and upright.
