Each house is named after one of our three sons: The blue house is Steven's Studio, the green is Kevin's Cottage and the yellow is Henry's Hideaway. All 3 houses are exactly alike with the exception of their color, because--if you have kids, then you know--one can't have something that's nicer than the other! The profits from our vacation rentals go toward our children's college education funds. T

hese lovely homes have an attractive décor and relaxed atmosphere to provide an ideal setting for the perfect vacation. Entertain yourself at home with board games or step outside and enjoy the spacious deck with expansive views of the Gulf. More than 1/3 of the house is deck. There is a covered deck off the living room on top floor. The 1st floor deck has a semi-covered area--great for sun bathing! This floor plan allows for the best view to be from the living room on top floor and bedrooms on first floor. With an almost unobstructed view, you can see for miles in both directions. Being so close, you can watch your kids walk to the beach.

3Beachhouses.com is now simply KidsCottage ❤️

What began in 2008 as a way to help fund our children’s college education—with three beach homes lovingly named Kevin’s Cottage (green), Henry’s HideAway (yellow), and Steven’s Studio (blue)—has evolved with our family.

Now that our kids are grown and forging their own paths, we’ve lovingly remodeled and consolidated into one home: KidsCottage.

This special place will now help support our grandchildren’s education, while continuing to welcome guests seeking peace, connection, and cherished memories. To all our loyal visitors—thank you for being part of this journey. We look forward to many more years of tradition, relaxation, and family joy at KidsCottage.
