🌸 The little details often leave the biggest impression.

One of my favorite moments is knowing what guests will see the second they walk through the front door.

At White Magnolia Galveston, every stay begins with fresh flowers and a Scrabble tile welcome message waiting just inside. While I no longer personalize the Scrabble message for every reservation, I still believe those few extra minutes spent creating a warm welcome help set the tone for the entire stay.

It's a simple way of saying, "We're so glad you're here."

As a host, I believe memorable experiences aren't created by one big thing—they're created by lots of thoughtful little touches.

Making homemade cake balls has become one of my favorite ways to unwind. 🍫🤍

There's something almost therapeutic about the whole process—from crumbling the cake to dipping each one in chocolate. Even better, using a food processor makes it so much faster and gives them the perfect texture every time.

These are one of the treats I love making for guests at White Magnolia Galveston because I enjoy adding little homemade touches that make a stay feel extra special.

✨ A LITTLE WHITE MAGNOLIA TEASER… ✨

One of the bedrooms at White Magnolia Galveston is getting a makeover—and when I’m finished, I have a feeling this room is going to be a SHOWSTOPPER! 😍

First change: the queen bed is officially gone and a KING is in! 👑

And I just added this gorgeous teal velvet bench at the end of the bed. 💙 It’s already completely changing the feel of the room.

But I’m definitely not stopping there…

✨ New rug
✨ New mirror
✨ New drapes
✨ A few more finishing touches
✨ And honestly… who knows what else I’ll decide to change before I’m done! 😂

This is the part I LOVE—watching a room slowly come together until suddenly it feels completely different.
