The condo was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The complex was quiet and well maintained. Finally, the location was great. It was just a short walk to the beach with a sidewalk the entire way.

I have been visiting Garden City my whole life. This Summer my husband & I took our 3 little boys (7, 5, 3) & we had an incredible stay here! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness & the condo was pristine! We loved having breakfast & dinner on the screened in patio, enjoying the sunset & watching the cranes in the marsh. The water pressure was great. The AC worked perfectly. All smart TVs were functional. We had zero issues with anything & the listing was exactly as described. We loved that it was only a short walk across the street to the ocean. As well as, only a couple of minutes walking to the pier. Sam’s Corner & Benjamin’s Bagels are delicious. Peaceful, clean Airbnb in a great location. If you’ve been thinking about booking - do it! You won’t regret it! :) We’re already planning to come back to this condo again next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!
