If you love stargazing or simply appreciate the beauty of the night sky, get ready for a magical second half of 2025. The remaining full moons of the year are packed with drama, brightness, and rare celestial events, and you won’t want to miss a single one.

It all starts on July 10 with the Buck Moon, named after the time of year when deer antlers begin to grow. Then comes the Sturgeon Moon on August 9, glowing bright during the last stretch of summer.

But the real cosmic fire kicks in on September 7 with a jaw-dropping Blood Moon Eclipse. This is when the Moon turns a deep red as it passes through Earth’s shadow. It’s one of the most visually stunning lunar events you can witness.
