Come visit the Caribbean of the Rockies and let your family relax in Waterdance's private rec center complete with pickleball courts and two pools.

Tempted to wait for Christmas or Thanksgiving to plan next year's family reunion at Bear Lake? We'd recommend figuring it out sooner. Our most family-reunion-friendly units are already running out of space for summer 2027.

These are our most fun and guest-friendly units with slides, indoor play areas and plenty of space to spread out, not to mention access to the indoor and outdoor pool and our massive rec center.

This particular townhome sleeps 46, with the option to rent the attached townhomes to sleep up to 110. It's probably our hardest unit to book and with good reason.
