One of our favorite months of the summer here at Yellowstone's North Entrance is August! Along with late-season fly fishing, the annual bison rut (mating season), and meteor showers is The Lighting of Teepees. Part of the Voices of Yellowstone: First Peoples Celebration, The Lighting of Teepees symbolizes unity, resilience, and indigenous cultural heritage.
