We are looking for new dock crew members. If you’re a motivated individual that’s willing to show up and work then we want you to be apart of our team! Pay $18-$28/hr, resort cash bonuses, and other bonuses available upon showing up and working hard!
-Main duties will be
—Installation , maintenance and removal of docks and lifts with the crew and our barge.
— Assembly & Delivery of new lakeshore equipment
— Maintenance of equipment/cleaning up

If willing and able this could turn into a full time position and then would include a variety of duties!
-Barge operator
-Aluminum welding & Fabrication
-Skidloader & Mini excavator operator
- General property maintenance

We have had a crazy busy summer with new deliveries, moving lifts for people that are buying or selling their properties, and storm recovery! With that being said we NEED a few more guys for this falls removal season! Paying top dollar for someone that is willing to show up and work hard.

Duties would include
- Dock & Lift removal
- trailering lifts back to our shop
- winterizing boat and pontoon outboards
- shrink wrapping boats and pontoons
