The Palisades State Park Disc Golf Course is fully open and ready for play! 🥏

Staff recently installed new signage throughout the course, along with the welcome kiosk and hole maps. Scorecards will be available soon, but players can now easily navigate the course and keep track of their rounds.

Need discs? Stop by the Welcome Center to check out a free rental set and give the course a try. Come test your skills and enjoy a round of disc golf today! 🌅

Our 3rd Fun Fact Friday highlights the outlaw Jesse James.

FUN FACT FRIDAY: The region surrounding the park is widely associated with Jesse James with claims stating that he leapt across a chasm on horseback at nearby Devil’s Gulch, located on the outskirts of Garretson.

Did you know?!? The park has a designated youth-group/non-profit tenting site! This site is larger in size with a special firepit to allow for better story telling (or smores making 🍫).
